I have still not received my order, 10 business days after I placed the order. The website says it should take -6 business days.

I placed my order on July 13 now is July 19 but it is still IN PROGRESS. I have sent an email regarding the stuffs I ordered but I haven’t receive any reply. I was told by the agent that my package has been dispatched and will receive tracking number within 24 hours but still no. The costumer service is just very poor and not helpful at all. I’ve been trying to communicate and know where my paid package is but won’t even bother to answer me.

It’s been a week. No one response

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes, and need to return two of them ( too narrow) for me. Cute But not comfortable on my foot. Having difficulty finding out how to return product. Need help from Charles & Keith or somebody. I read where refund takes up to 10 weeks, which of course seem ridiculous, but I can't even ? get the two pairs in the mail for the process to begin. Can you help?

I ordered the bag on July 8th and it is still not here, as of July 20th. I have been tracking the order and it has not updated since July 16th.

I got my bag and wallet safe and pretty, i just did not expect the box it's not a normal bag box, so u can't use it to store the bag. But overall, it came fast and the bag was secured.

Today I finally received my 3 bags from C&K. The bags are very pretty and high-quality! I highly recommend purchasing bags from C&K but I hope to see more styles available online/ in U.S.

Weakness:
I don’t know it’s a Singapore website until I saw a international transaction fee shown on my banking account. Also, the shipping seemed to take forever…I placed the order more than 10 days ago and it still haven’t been delivered. Not to mention many popular style bags (e.g. small/medium puffed bag) were not listed on the website. I am also not satisfied with customer service. They sound indifferent and don’t care what I think.

The shoes were smaller than advertised. They were misrepresented on the website and don't fit properly. I'm not sure that the size chart is accurate. Will be returning IMMEDIATELY

Seeing as the delivery time was stated to be 6-8 days, and it is day 12 of me waiting for my package, I'd say I'm not very happy with things so far. The issue isn't the way, as much as the unrealistic delivery times indicated during the purchase process.

The products are look good condition. They are style and beautiful.

I asked for an update regarding my parcel but received just a URL to track it, which I already had. I paid a shipping fee, my parcel was delivered and no one from the support bothered to check out where my parcel is, why it's being delayed. Disappointing!
